BOOKING APPOINTMENT
Clients must be at least 15 years or older to receive services. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
CANCELLATION | NO SHOW | RESCHEDULING
Each client’s appointment is important to us. We want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. By paying the deposit or putting your card on file, you agree that if you cancel or reschedule for any reason with less than 24 hours’ notice, we charge 50% of the service total
“No-show” appointments will be charged 100%. After 2 no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at time of booking. No refunds.
LATE POLICY
In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. If you be running late for your appointment, kindly give us a courtesy call to inform us. In the event that we do not hear from you, we may release your appointment slot.
If you be less than 15 minutes late (for Lash Appointment) or 30 minutes late (for PMU Appointment), we will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible within the time allotted, but your appointment fee will remain at full price.
If you be more than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we are unable to. Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your session. to apply our no show policy. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide the best service possible for all our valued clients.
