BOOKING APPOINTMENT

Clients must be at least 15 years or older to receive services. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

• FULLSET or REFILL FROM OUTSIDE SALON: TRIO LASH requires a 50% deposit to be paid upfront and CARD ON FILE in order to secure your appointments.
• ALL REFILL: TRIO LASH requires CARD ON FILE in order to secure your appointments.
• Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

CANCELLATION | NO SHOW | RESCHEDULING

Each client’s appointment is important to us. We want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. By paying the deposit or putting your card on file, you agree that if you cancel or reschedule for any reason with less than 24 hours’ notice, we charge 50% of the service total

“No-show”      appointments will be charged 100%. After 2 no shows you will not be able      to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at time of booking. No refunds.

LATE POLICY 

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. If you be running late for your appointment, kindly give us a courtesy call to inform us. In the event that we do not hear from you, we      may release your appointment slot. 

If you be less than 15 minutes late (for Lash Appointment) or 30 minutes late (for PMU Appointment), we will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible within the time allotted, but your appointment fee will remain at full price. 

If you be more than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we are unable to. Please keep in mind we      will always do our best to accommodate your session. to apply our no show  policy. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation as we strive  to provide the best service possible for all our valued clients.

OTHER

• 40% of the eyelash extension must remain for a fill. If you have less than 40%, a full set will need to be booked. Foreign fills are on a case-by-case basis. They may require more time or may require a removal. This will be charged according to time spent.
• No children in the treatment rooms. Eyelash extensions take a lot of concentration, and we ask that there are no distractions in the room. unfortunately, we are unable to watch children for you and will not be held responsible. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule an appointment in the event      children are present and unsupervised in which case our cancellation policy may take effect.
• Please thoroughly remove all makeup before coming to your lash session. Eyes must be clean and oil free upon arrival otherwise we will charge a $15 makeup      removal fee and the time spent thoroughly removing your makeup will be deducted from your session and you will still pay the full price. We are unable to properly adhere semi-permanent lash extensions on lashes that  have makeup/residue buildup and in more serious cases, it can lead to irritation and infection
• Please keep your phone silent during your appointment time 
• Please come to your appointments with clean eyelashes. Doing so will not only ensure that your stylist has ample time to complete your service, but clean eyelashes also have the best retention. If you are unable to do so, your stylist can wash your eyelashes for you, however, this will limit the amount of time      spent on your fill or full set.
