Appointment Guidelines
Eligibility:
To receive services, clients must be at least 15 years old. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Booking & Deposits:
- For full sets or refills from outside salons, we require a 50% deposit and a card on file to secure your appointment.
- For all refills, a card on file is required.
Respect & Health:
Our team reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated, behaving inappropriately, or whose health may affect the service outcome.
Cancellation, No-Show & Rescheduling Policy
We value your time and are committed to providing excellent service. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. For same-day bookings, we ask for at least 3 hours' notice.
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, we will charge 50% of the service total.
- No-show appointments will incur a 100% charge. After 2 no-shows, future appointments will require full payment at the time of booking.
- There are no refunds.
Late Policy
To ensure we provide the best service to everyone, please arrive on time. If you're running late, a courtesy call is appreciated.
- For lash appointments: If you're more than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you but may need to reschedule if necessary.
- For PMU appointments: We allow a 30-minute grace period before we may need to reschedule.
If you're less than 15 minutes late for lashes or 30 minutes late for PMU, we'll make every effort to complete your service, though the appointment fee will remain at full price.
Other Policies
- Refill Requirements: At least 40% of your extensions must remain for a refill. If less than 40% is left, a full set will be required. Foreign fills are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may involve additional time or removal charges.
- Children: For the safety and focus of both our clients and staff, we do not allow children in the treatment rooms. If children are present and unsupervised, we may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, and our cancellation policy will apply.
- Cleanliness: Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes. If makeup is present, we will charge a $10 makeup removal fee, and time spent removing it will be deducted from your session. This ensures the best application and prevents irritation.
- Phone Use: We kindly ask that you keep your phone on silent during your appointment to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
